I was a very happy and social child with a lot of blessings. When I started drinking alcohol, everything changed. At a young age, I was spiraling out of control. As I got older, my addiction continued to get worse, and I began isolating myself. On the outside, I appeared happy and bright, but on the inside, I was lost and empty.

My addiction destroyed almost every relationship that I had. Every time I thought I was hitting rock bottom, I found that there was a lower lever to sink to. Finally, after running out of options and being sick of being sick and tired all the time, I reached out for help.

My mom still loved me and was desperate to find someone who could actually help me. Minutes later, the Narconon Suncoast staff was there to help me and pick me up. At first, I didn’t think I was going to make it through, but I soon realized this center is filled with amazing people. Every single staff member went the extra mile to comfort me through this rough time. These people really cared and knew the struggle of going through treatment.
