With My Self-Imposed Chains Gone, I Feel Amazing!
My life was a daily cycle of hell before coming to Narconon Suncoast. I had been to treatment several times before and tried to stay sober, but in the end, it would always come crashing down. I had given up even trying, resigned to an existence of waking up, having a drink, going to the bars, getting high, and sleeping it off.
I had been flirting with addiction since I was 16 years old, but things really came to a head after several major events in my life. I was a bright kid with many talents. I enjoyed music, martial arts, I was a very good student, and I was very athletic and loved playing sports. Drugs took all that away from me.
One day I decided I finally had enough, it was time to reach out for help. I was not satisfied with other programs I had tried in the past; I was looking for something different. That is when I found Narconon Suncoast.
From the outset, it was apparent that Narconon was different from what I had tried in the past. The staff were friendly, professional, and motivated. The program took a refreshing approach to dealing with addiction. I was able to get to the root of my problems and release the emotional attachments I had to my addiction and the pain I experienced, in the process ridding myself of the reasons I used.

While on my program at Narconon Suncoast, I began feeling a change within myself. My outlook on life improved, and I was willing to let go of the past. Through each step of the program, I found out more and more about myself. I began understanding why I used in the first place, a huge step in improving my whole outlook on living a drug-free life.
I feel released from the self-imposed chains that I used to drag around throughout my addiction. Completing the program, feeling the way I do, is surreal. I feel amazing!
