“Before I came to Narconon Suncoast my life was completely out of control. I had lost interest in everything I used to love. I was completely distanced from my family and in and out of jail constantly. Nothing seemed fun to me anymore. I felt dead on the inside. Through the sauna program, I felt myself coming back to life day by day. Suddenly I felt as if I was getting a grip on my life again. All of my drug cravings disappeared. I would run around, laugh and start to do the things that I used to do before I started using drugs.
