I Didn’t Get My Life Back…I Got a BETTER Life!

Narconon Suncoast grad

When I first decided to come to Narconon Suncoast, I really had no idea what I was getting myself into or what was going to happen. I had been using heroin for years and didn’t know if I’d ever be able to stop. I have to say, that this was one of the least-painful rehabs I’ve ever done.

The withdrawal techniques that Narconon uses really work and honestly do wonders. After I was finished withdrawing and felt good physically again, I went into the Sauna Detoxification Program. Although it was hot, the vitamins, exercise, and sweating seriously helped me! My cravings went away, and I actually felt like myself again for the first time in a long time.

I went through the Objectives course and was finally able to put my past to rest, come up to the present, and move forward. My life came into focus and I realized that my mental and emotional capacity was way higher than I thought.

The Life Skills portion of the program was absolutely life-changing. It gave me the tools to really be able to look at my life from a different point of view and I actually felt responsible for the first time in my life. I was able to handle my problems while finally fixing all the damage I had created and relationships I had destroyed. Overall, Narconon Suncoast gave me my life back, but not just my old life… it gave me a better life!
