Feeling Awesome and Brand New!

When I was a little boy, I grew up in Pinellas Park and lived with my mother and father and had a house on a lake. I had a lot of pets and had an awesome childhood. I started playing baseball at the age of 13 and then my parents decided to get a divorce.
Shortly after the divorce, I started smoking pot. My few years in high school showed that I had great baseball potential. I had leading records in the state of Florida, but around that time I had dug myself so deep into drugs that they took control of my life. I lost several relationships due to drug use and I was in and out of jail.
During my senior year of high school, I had a full-ride scholarship to play baseball with a 3.3 GPA. Yet again, drugs and dumb decisions led me to my 3rd stint in jail, and I blew my baseball career. This would go on for several years.
When I turned 26, I found Narconon Suncoast. My friend, who is also my brother-in-law, is a successful graduate of the program and noticed I had a problem. He reached out to help me and that is when I took the necessary steps to be accepted into the program.
It was very difficult when I first arrived because I felt so bad from the withdrawals. As I made it through that first part, I started to gain a lot of wins on the program. After completing the sauna step, I felt like a brand-new person. I continued to feel great throughout the program. I started eating better and taking vitamins on a regular basis. I continued to feel like a better me.
“My plan is to continue to get better and better as I strive to work each and every day to be able to succeed in being the best father and husband I can be to my wife and little girl.”
I feel awesome knowing that I finally did what I must do to finish the program strong and graduate. My plan is to continue to get better and better as I strive to work each and every day to be able to succeed in being the best father and husband I can be to my wife and little girl.
