One Man’s Journey to Save His Life

When I came to Narconon, I was in bad shape, both physically and mentally. After completing the withdrawal part of the program, I began to feel better. That is when I did the Sauna, where each day, I started feeling better and better and more like myself again.

Next was objectives, where I had a great twin who helped me through the ups and downs in the beginning. I regained awareness of myself and my environment while learning patience, all things I had been lacking during addiction.

The last part of the program, life skills, was my favorite. Not because it was towards the end, but because I used to keep things hidden inside me and didn’t like to talk about them, always thinking I could simply handle them on my own. The ability to put things down on paper, get the things I was holding onto out, let them go while also learning from them gave me great relief and a new sense of responsibility.

“I went through a great program where I learned to make the changes needed that I am certain saved my life.”

Overall, Narconon was a very good experience. I went through a great program where I learned to make the changes needed that I am certain saved my life.
