The Narconon Suncoast program challenged me both physically and mentally, yet rewarded me in many ways. It was never easy, but the best things in life always come when you challenge adversity. I came to Narconon Suncoast to get clean and start a fresh, new chapter in my life and that’s exactly what I did.

Withdrawal helped me work through the physical detox pains that come from using drugs. It also helped me mentally by using extroverting exercises to direct my thoughts and attention outward.

The New Life Sauna Detoxification program was extremely beneficial to my physical health. I exercised every day and improved my eating habits by including a plethora of fruits, vegetables, and vitamins. Being in the sauna, sweating it out each day helped to push all the drugs and toxins out of my system which, in turn, made me feel clearer and healthier than I had in years.

The Objectives were the most challenging aspect of the program for me. Saying that, it was the most beneficial to me mentally! It broke my mind down from the old way I used to think and helped to change my viewpoint on life. I learned how to spot the change in my emotions before it happened and also learned how to control it before it manifested itself.

The Life Skills helped me to look at my life with a new perspective. I got control over my own life and the people in it. It gave me a great view of the things and people that benefitted me and helped me let go of the ones that affected me negatively.

Overall, the Narconon Suncoast program helped me in ways I couldn’t imagine. It truly gave me a fresh start to life. Without the help of the staff and the program, I would undoubtedly be in jail or dead and for that, I could never thank them enough.
