This program helped me in so many ways! During the withdrawal step, I came down off of alcohol, which has been the bane of my existence for more years than I can remember. The staff helped me immensely to get through the withdrawals and the shakes and in the matter of about a week, I felt somewhat like myself again. I really benefitted from the sauna detoxification program. It cleansed my body of all the alcohol I had drank over the past few decades plus it got out any other foreign chemicals that shouldn’t have been in there. The end result of the sauna was awesome! My whole system was cleaned out, my skin cleared up, and I lost 10 pounds! Through the process, I gained strength and stamina and the will to keep going.

The Objectives taught me a lot. I now realize with being oriented in the present and not in the past, I no longer crave or need alcohol to deal with life. I realized through better communication with the environment, I can eliminate the past wasteful things in life to make room for more important things. I realized that people, places, and things need to be replaced in order to make room for a better life going forward. I further realized that by having control over myself and my environment, the people in my life are now way more realistic. I was living in such a haze! I fear nothing going forward and I know I can persevere and do anything I want with total confidence and no doubts whatsoever.

The Life Skills taught me about the negative influences in my life and how to handle them. I was able to get relief from the past and finally feel like I have a chance to move forward with all the skills and tools I need to live a completely alcohol and drug-free life.

Thank you, Narconon Suncoast!
